Program
WildED, the BC Spaces for Nautre Wilderness Education Program
WildED connects urban school children to nature by providing free, experiential, nature education programs for students from grade 4 to 12. We offer in-school/outdoor programs as well as nature hikes. To ensure all students have an opportunity for an outdoor experience, we provide further support through our Mountain Equipment Co-op sponsored Kids in Nature (KIN)fund. The KIN fund provides school bus transportation subsidies for schools in need of assistance getting to our nature hike locations.
