C&NN BOD member Brother Yusuf is Honored by Albany’s Commission on Human Rights
Brother Yusuf Burgess, an environmental educator with the Division of Public Affairs and Education in the Central Office of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, was honored by the City of Albany's Commission on Human Rights at their first annual celebration held February 4 at City Hall. Recognized for connecting hundreds of children to the outdoors, Brother Yusuf was one of five recipients presented with awards for supporting diversity, tolerance and understanding in the Albany community.
