  1. I have researched the impact of aviation noise on children “captive” in schools up to 18 miles away from Heathrow Airport. They cannot make full, appropriate use of their school grounds for learning . The air quality is the sinister unseen environmental hazard but the Noise hurts and damages young ears and sends them all indoors. A cost of deprivation never considered by this industry.
