  1. I wrote you a comment ( not certain it was submitted ?) from myself , Dianne Baker RN,BSN composer /photographer for over 40 years …now worked with Barbara Sims ( national consultant for early childhood education) on book Take A Closer Look. This book . motivates kids to become nature explorers.. read more about nature and how it can help prevent “nature deficit disorder” ( Richard Louv’s coined phrase after years of research and published books ) and inspires kids to write their own story or nature and how it helps them in daily life. Your proposal for parks across US is EXCELLENT>>> Please have someone contact me as I have much to share … photography. unique songs composed with and for kids across the USA.. I will donate your use of songs and photography as part of my mission to get this important information out to ALL and how show everyone how desperately we must work together with network CHILDREN And Nature to try to eliminate “Nature Deficit Disorder”. I strongly feel that” connection to nature” will decrease stress of kids and help with their emotional and physical development which leads to LESS PROBLEMS in schools and helps parents/ grandparents and educators meet goals they set to help kids .
Hope to hear from someone on your committee for these great projects.
