DESCRIPTION:Tuesday\, May 11\n12:00 pm – 2:30 pm CST \nIntentional integration of youth development with nature experiences amplifies the benefits of each and produces new outcomes for youth to reach their full potential. Join C&NN to explore effective practices to map your organization’s progress toward achieving positive youth development outcomes through quality nature engagement. Participants will be eligible for the C&NN Youth Development & Nature Cohort\, a six-month engagement that includes planning\, funding\, and implementation of nature-based activities. \nTopics for workshop discussion include: \n\nA framework that illustrates the intersection of youth development and nature for organizations\nEvidence-based research on the benefits of youth development and nature connection\nStrategies for delivering quality youth development and nature-based learning and programming\nOutline of the technical assistance\, pass-through grants\, and peer learning opportunities available through the Youth Development & Nature Cohort\n\n\nFREE.
